Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy explains how MyPet Sticker (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use mypet.further-hq.com (the “Service”). We are the “data controller” of your personal data and we handle it in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. The information we collect

We only collect what we need to create and deliver your sticker pack:

  • Pet photos you upload. The images you provide so we can generate your stickers. These may incidentally include people or surroundings if they appear in your photos.
  • Your email address. Used to send you your finished pack and download links.
  • Order and payment information. The pack you chose, the price, and a payment reference. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
  • Technical and usage data. Basic information such as your device/browser type and interactions with the site, handled by our hosting provider to keep the Service secure and working.

You do not need to create an account to use MyPet Sticker.

2. How we use your information and our lawful bases

Under UK GDPR we must have a “lawful basis” for using your data. Ours are:

  • To provide the Service (performance of a contract). Generating your stickers from your photos, taking payment, and emailing you the finished pack and download links.
  • To keep records (legal obligation). We keep a minimal, non-personal record of each transaction (no photos, no email address) solely to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. We do not use this record for marketing, profiling or AI training.
  • To secure and improve the Service (legitimate interests). Preventing fraud and abuse and keeping the site reliable, in a way that does not override your rights.

We do not use your photos or email to send marketing, and we do not sell your data or use your images to train AI models for anyone else.

3. Who we share your information with

We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run MyPet Sticker, and only so they can perform their service for us:

  • Stripe — to process card payments securely. Stripe acts as an independent controller of your payment data under its own privacy policy.
  • Our hosting, storage and AI-generation provider — to host the site, securely store your photos and stickers, generate the sticker images, and send your confirmation email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

4. International data transfers

Some of our providers store or process data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or an adequacy decision) so that your data remains protected to an equivalent standard.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it, then delete it automatically:

  • Your uploaded pet photos: deleted from our storage 30 days after your pack is delivered. They are only needed to create your stickers.
  • Your generated stickers and download links: available for 90 days after delivery, then permanently deleted. Please download and save your stickers to your own device before then — once removed they cannot be recovered.
  • Your email address: removed from the order when your stickers are deleted (at 90 days), so the order record no longer identifies you.
  • Basic transaction records: a minimal, non-personal record (no photos, no email, no personal content) is kept for up to 7 years solely to meet UK tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. It is never used for marketing, profiling or AI training.
  • Abandoned orders that are never paid for are deleted within 7 days.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your data (“right to erasure”) — you can also erase your own order at any time using the link on your pack page or in your confirmation email;
  • ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data;
  • ask us to transfer your data to you or another provider (“data portability”).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

7. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and storing files with a reputable cloud provider. Payments are handled by Stripe using bank-grade security, so we never handle your full card details. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to make the site work and keep it secure (for example, to maintain your session while you create a pack). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Children

MyPet Sticker is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.

11. Contact us and complaints

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us:
